Bethany Healthcare needed additional permanent office space to house their expanding accounting department. Due to permit requirements, the Bethany Healthcare project was completed in two phases. Initially, Triumph's temporary ProSpace doublewide was installed. After permit issues were resolved, the office was relocated along, with a new module, to create a permanent three-piece modular office building structure.

Triumph performed extensive site preparation prior to the relocation, including tree removal, the installation of a retaining wall, foundations, poured walkway and site-built ramp and steps.
