Square Footage: 3,920
Number of Modules: 4 (14x70)
Completion Date: August 2007

Dracut High School required immediate classroom space for its growing student enrollment. Triumph provided the school with a modular building consisting of four classrooms equipped with white boards and tack boards.

The modular classrooms were connected to the existing building structure by an 8x10 connector. The new building features custom burgundy hardie panel exterior to complement the existing building's exterior. The building was craned in place due to a ledge and sloped landscape and set on piers with a foundation wall. A bituminous concrete walkway was created from connector egress to the building stairs. The stairs were set as high as 10'-12' from grade.
