Prefab buildings can be custom designed to your specifications complete with concrete and steel floors, brick exteriors, sheet-rock interiors, windows, stairwells, elevators, plumbing, lighting, computer hook-ups, heating, air conditioning and restrooms.

Because your modular building is built off-site in a factory, site-work can begin and run simultaneously, which means your building can be completed in as little as half the time of traditional stick built construction with less disruption to your operation.
