The client quickly needed construction of a modular medical building.  While the building was being constructed off-site at NRB's manufacturing facility, all site services were simultaneously being completed at the job site.

In just 7 weeks after drawing approval by the customer, the 5000 series steel-framed building modules, complete with pre-poured concrete floors done at the NRB plant, were shipped to the site and assembled onto the foundations which were already in place to receive the building.
