The Fontaine Design Group, one of the world's premier designers of custom yachts, needed impressive headquarters to serve their wealthy clientele and a building which could withstand extreme weather conditions.

Triumph provided a prefab interior finished with exotic woods, 10-foot-high ceilings to accommodate the nautical decor, a main entry with French doors to let in light, energy-efficient Thermopane windows and a spacious deck overlooking the harbor.

The waterfront location in Portsmouth, RI, is in an "Exposure" area, which means it may be exposed to winds up to 120 miles per hour, and falls in a flood zone due to its proximity to the shoreline. Triumph designed the reinforced prefab building to stand up to hurricane force winds and erected an 8-foot-high foundation above flood level.
