Triumph Modular was asked to design and build two individual residential buildings, each capable of housing two families. These buildings, located in Amherst, Mass., had to be permanent, fit the design criteria of the existing community and meet the town’s project budget. Also, one of the residences needed to be handicap-accessible. The Amherst project featured attractive cedar clapboard siding to match the surrounding residences, as well as high-end, low-maintenance finishes throughout.

This was a complete turn-key project, including landscaping, utilities and driveways. The project was delivered in July of 2006, with completion in October 2006. Included in that timeline was all site work, utilities, landscaping and paving.
