Pembroke School Building

Triumph was invited to design and build a 4,620 square foot, permanent school building in Pembroke, Maine, that had to match the adjacent building and be habitable at the start of the coming school year—in just a three month window of time. In addition, the new structure had to meet the design criteria defined by the surrounding rural community and stay within the town's budget.

The Pembroke School's primary design feature is a 5 to 12 pitch, architectural shingle roof which Triumph recreated on the custom, modular building. Also, the full-perimeter foundation, white horizontal clapboard siding and custom painted interior gypsum walls all mimicked the original school building...and it was designed and built in the critical time line.
