The Pembroke School needed a permanent prefab classroom building that would fit the design criteria of the existing community and meet the town's project budget. The new building also had to match the existing adjacent school building.
The Pembroke School modular was completed in just 3 months; timing was crucial as the building was needed for the start of the new school year. The Pembroke School's primary feature is the 5 to 12 pitch, architectural shingle roof. The building also features a full perimeter foundation, white horizontal clapboard siding to match the existing school building, and custom-painted interior gypsum walls.
