Springpoint Senior Living, a leading nonprofit serving communities across New Jersey and Delaware, partnered with Triumph Modular to create a premium temporary sales center at their Lewes, DE campus. This 24×64 – 1,440 sq ft ADA-compliant premium odular building from our Silverline series delivers a welcoming, high-end space tailored for senior living sales—boosting inquiries while minimizing site disruption.
Triumph Modular’s collaboration with Joseph B. Fay has resulted in significant opportunities, including the awarding of infrastructure projects throughout Pennsylvania, including the North Fork Bridge project in Brookville, PA.
Triumph Modular supplied two 2,160 sq ft three-piece modular buildings, one for Joseph B. Fay and the other for Bridging Pennsylvania, a 1,440 sq ft double-wide unit for the engineering company Volkert, and an 8′ x 32′ building for inspectors.
