Six Two-Story Permanent Modular Homes Deliver 12 LEED Gold Affordable Housing Units in Acton

The Acton Housing Authority needed long-term, green affordable homes. Triumph Modular delivered six two-story permanent modular homes totaling twelve living units – achieving LEED Gold certification and exceeding the original Silver target with sustainable, durable design from September 2012 to July 2013.

Six factory-built modular buildings were craned onto foundations, stitched together, and finished with energy-efficient systems and low-impact materials – proving modular construction can deliver superior sustainability faster than traditional methods.
