To support the construction of its advanced manufacturing facility in Devens, MA, Bristol Myers Squibb required extensive temporary space. Triumph Modular delivered more than 36,400 square feet of custom modular office space, providing facilities for office work, conferences, safety training, orientations, and restrooms.
Using Triumph’s ProSpace™ modular units, the temporary complex includes durable and professional-grade features such as T1-11 exterior siding, steel exterior doors, vinyl-insulated windows, and vinyl-covered gypsum interior walls. These modular offices ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment on-site, allowing for seamless coordination during all phases of construction.
Over the course of 12 months, Triumph scaled its modular space offerings in response to the project’s evolving needs. This long-term collaboration with Parsons Commercial Technology and Skanska USA Building Company is expected to continue for 5–8 years, demonstrating the flexibility and reliability of Triumph’s modular solutions for complex, large-scale construction projects.
