WS Development was leading one of Boston’s most ambitious urban transformations, turning former parking lots and underused waterfront parcels in the Seaport into a dense, mixed-use neighborhood of office, retail, residential, and public space. As construction advanced across
multiple blocks, WS needed a central, on-site workspace for construction managers and project teams. The available footprint was tight and surrounded by ongoing work, so any solution had to use space efficiently and present a clean, contemporary appearance consistent with the Seaport’s modern brand, without feeling like a typical job-site trailer.

Triumph Modular responded with a two-story Silverline premium modular office tailored to the constrained urban site. Stacked modules provided approximately 4,230 square feet while preserving ground-level area for construction staging and circulation. Galvalume siding and expansive window banks created a sleek façade that fit comfortably among new Seaport office and retail buildings, while floor-to-ceiling insulated glazing and Marvin window units brought in generous natural light to support a bright, contemporary workspace.

Inside, the Silverline building offered a column-free environment with durable commercial-grade finishes, including wood-look LVT, targeted carpet and tile areas, and glass inserts in office walls for a polished, corporate feel. The plan combined private offices, meeting rooms, collaborative zones, built-in cube walls, and a pantry with cabinetry and a sink, with restrooms on each floor to support day-to-day operations. To maximize interior flexibility, WS opted for external stairs, preserving open, unobstructed floorplates that could adapt as project needs evolved.

The Silverline building became WS Development’s temporary “command center” in the Seaport, giving project teams a quiet, comfortable, and visually appealing workspace in the middle of an active construction district. The project demonstrates how Silverline delivers a premium, energy-efficient modular solution in demanding urban contexts, an approach that translates directly to other industries, from major developers and corporate campuses to institutions needing high-quality swing space.
