United Civil collaborated with a major New England energy company and required a high-quality, temporary modular office building at their Allston, Massachusetts project site, with specifications including a four-piece modular building to serve as an operational hub for three years, complete with offices, a conference room, a break room, and a fully functional kitchenette. United Civil contacted Triumph Modular in February, seeking a partner to deliver quickly and customize the space by March. Thanks to Triumph’s expertise, the customized, move-in-ready modular workspace was delivered just two months after the initial inquiry, enabling United Civil to stay on schedule—demonstrating how modular construction solves project office needs quickly and efficiently.
