Seventy-Two-Unit 60,000 sq ft BLOCS™ Classroom Swing-Space Program Across Six Manchester NH Schools

When Manchester School District launched its $306 million renovation program, they refused to lose a single day of instruction. Triumph Modular delivered 72 BLOCS™ modular units—56 classrooms plus 16 administrative spaces—totaling nearly 60,000 sq ft and housing up to 910 students across six campuses, all installed and fully operational in one summer.

The Challenge

Keep 910+ students and staff in modern, code-compliant space while six schools underwent major renovation—without pushing back the first day-one bell in August 2024.

Solution: 12-Week Rolling Installation Blitz

First modules arrived June 1, 2024. Working in precise waves with Consigli Construction, Triumph’s crews prepped sites, craned units, connected utilities, and turned over furniture packages, and received certificates of occupancy on a rolling schedule. The final campus went live August 28—exactly on time.
