16,000 Sq Ft of Modular Broadcast Space Delivered in Just 5 Days

Triumph Modular partnered with the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to create a permanent Broadcast Village at the U.S. Open that can be quickly assembled and disassembled each year. Designed for long-term use, this modular complex provides over 16,000 square feet of high-performance mobile office space, fully installed in just five days every August.

The modular Broadcast Village includes more than two dozen high-quality modular units and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor dining patio, constructed with aluminum railings and durable Trex composite decking made from recycled materials. Additional aluminum walkways, staircases, and railings create safe and accessible paths throughout the village.

Inside, the modular units are specially configured to support the demanding requirements of live broadcasting. Each module includes two HVAC systems—double the standard—to ensure sufficient cooling for sensitive broadcasting equipment. After the tournament, Triumph Modular disassembles and stores the buildings to prepare for reuse the following year.

This annual project highlights the speed, durability, and reusability of Triumph’s modular broadcast solutions—ideal for temporary but mission-critical applications like live sports coverage.
