When the City of Lynn Fire Department faced an extensive 2025 renovation of their main firehouse, they needed a high-quality temporary dormitory—and they needed it fast. Triumph Modular delivered a four-unit, 2,835 sq ft modular facility with eight private sleeping rooms, allowing 24/7 operations to continue without sending crews off-site.

The Challenge

Renovations required the entire existing dorm to be vacated, yet the department could not afford to lose response readiness. The city demanded move-in by July 3, 2025—giving the winning contractor only seven months from award to occupancy.

Solution: Under 60-Day Build & Set

Contract awarded December 2024. With the site prepped and utilities ready, Triumph factory-built four modules off-site, transported them in May 2025, and completed set, finishing, and utility connections in less than two months. Firefighters moved in exactly on the July 3 deadline—on time and on budget.
