Elizabeth Carter Brooks Elementary School in New Bedford, MA, recently expanded with a state-of-the-art modular classroom addition, addressing the growing needs of its students and faculty. The project installed six E-coded modular units on permanent foundations, offering spacious new rooms, including art rooms with modern amenities and bathrooms in every unit, for maximum comfort and convenience. A sleek, glass-paneled main entrance and ADA-compliant accessibility features ensure both style and inclusivity. Seamlessly connected via a safe, paved walkway and enhanced with secure fencing, card access, and exterior cameras, the new addition blends perfectly with the existing school structure, thanks to carefully matched siding and finishes. The entire project was completed swiftly and efficiently, with site work beginning in November and classroom installation achieved in just one day in March, delivering nearly 4,000ft² of accessible, secure, and beautifully designed learning space for the community.
