4,320 Sq Ft Refurbished Modular Building Supports Accessibility and Affordability
Crystal Spring School in Lakeville, Massachusetts, which serves children with disabilities, turned to Triumph Modular for a cost-effective way to expand its classroom capacity. The school purchased a refurbished modular building composed of six modular units totaling 4,320 square feet, delivering both space and value without compromising on quality.
The open floor plan of this refurbished modular building offered the school maximum flexibility to adapt the interior layout to their educational needs. To accommodate students in wheelchairs, Triumph added custom entrances and accessibility upgrades tailored to the school’s population.
By choosing a refurbished modular solution, Crystal Spring School was able to secure a fully customized learning environment while preserving its budget to address other essential needs. This project demonstrates how refurbished modular buildings can provide an ideal balance of function, accessibility, and affordability for schools and nonprofit institutions.
