When the Steamship Authority began a six-year terminal rebuild serving 2+ million passengers a year, they needed a zero-downtime replacement. Triumph Modular delivered a 3,600 sq ft high-traffic modular office building and ferry terminal that looks custom coastal, withstands salt-air storms, and was fully operational in under six months.
The Challenge
Keep ticketing, waiting areas, concessions, and staff offices running 365 days a year on an active ferry dock while the permanent terminal is demolished and rebuilt.
