Every highway construction project needs a field office—no matter what state you’re in.

You know it’s best practice to try and order your field office as early as possible. That way, you avoid potential headaches down the road since every other construction company bidding on DOT projects will also need a field office.

On the other hand, what happens when your construction project runs over time? Do you lose your rental?

Not with Triumph Modular.

Delays Happen

As a company in the construction business for over 40 years, believe us when we say: Delays happen to the best of us.

Construction delays can happen for a multitude of reasons, including:

  • Inclement weather
  • Transportation delays
  • Equipment failures
  • Budget inaccuracies
  • Labor challenges

Many of the delays on construction sites are beyond a project manager’s control—it’s simply the nature of doing business.

While we can’t speak for other modular construction or mobile trailer companies, at Triumph Modular, we aim to reduce stress for our customers. If your project runs over time, we’ve got your back.

Triumph Modular Lets You Keep Your Rental As Long As You Need

Triumph Modular offers a worry-free process for projects that run over time—we won’t demand it back and delay your project even further!

If you need to extend your rental beyond the original contract term, we can let you keep it on a month-to-month basis. The rental may be subject to a monthly rate increase dependent on the length of time you have it.

However, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop throughout the entire process. That way, you can focus on what really matters—getting the job done without any background nuisances.

All we ask is that you keep us in the loop. To help us offer a seamless extension to your rental, it’s best to keep the Triumph Modular team informed about the details of your project, such as how much longer you’ll need your field office.
