Examples Of Our Work:
Modular Projects Completed in Pennsylvania

Triumph Modular provided a 7,200-square-foot, 10-unit modular construction office for Trumbull-Brayman Joint Ventures at the Montgomery New River Chamber Lock and Dam project near Monaca, PA, supporting a decade-long infrastructure upgrade along the Ohio River. The client required more than a standard trailer, seeking a permanent, comfortable, and light-filled operations hub to enhance daily workflow and support the long-term project’s needs.

In January 2023, Joseph B. Fay began work on the Pennsylvania Bridge Turnpike Project at Beaver River Ridge in Beaver Falls PA, with an estimated completion date of September 2025.
Joseph B. Fay contracted Triumph Modular due to our expertise and flexibility in providing modular space solutions. Triumph Modular provided a custom 5-piece, 3,600-square-foot modular office building to serve as the project headquarters, which was delivered to the site in less than 60 days.

The BLOCS™ Modular Building System showcases a cutting-edge solution for expanding flexible office space at the Ergon Oil Refinery in Newell, West Virginia. This five-piece modular structure offers 3,600 square feet of customized space on a 5-year lease. Due to concurrent site preparation, the installation was impressively quick, finishing in just two weeks.
