Permanent Modular Classrooms for Lexington High School
Triumph Modular provided Lexington High School with an 18,000-square-foot modular classroom addition over the summer break. The project was completed on time and within budget, allowing the school to open its doors on the first day of class without disruption. The new modular school building features 15 modular classrooms designed to accommodate the growing student population. By leveraging permanent modular construction, the Town of Lexington was able to quickly address overcrowding without sacrificing long-term durability or classroom quality.
This permanent modular building was designed with energy efficiency and student well-being in mind. It includes a high-performance HVAC system, corrugated steel siding, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for abundant natural light in each classroom. The result is a bright, modern, and sustainable learning environment tailored to meet the needs of Lexington High School students both now and in the future.
