Joseph B. Fay’s multi-year replacement of the aging Beaver River Ridge bridges on the Pennsylvania Turnpike demanded scalable, high-quality field offices from day one. Triumph Modular delivered a five-piece 3,600 sq ft clear-span BLOCS™ headquarters in under 60 days—then expanded with two 8×32 trailers and an 8×40 container lab as the $100M+ project ramped up.

The Challenge

Equip a 264-acre job site with professional workspace for bridge engineers, inspectors, and lab techs—starting with a main HQ, then scaling on demand through September 2025, all while optimizing costs via lease-to-buy options.

Solution: 60-Day HQ Install + Phased Expansions

From contract in January 2023, Triumph factory-built and set the five-module BLOCS™ HQ with tie-downs and seamless floors in under two weeks. Three months later, added two 8×32 mobile office trailers for inspectors and an 8×40 office container lab—each delivered and hooked up in days.
