Williams College Temporary Modular Faculty Office
Perry Faculty Office and Specialized Learning Space
To support its long-term campus improvements, Williams College required a temporary modular office space for faculty use—one that could meet very specific programmatic and acoustical needs. Rather than investing in a permanent building, the college opted to lease a custom modular faculty office building designed for specialized eye and ear testing and quiet workspace needs.
Over a 90-day design charrette, Triumph Modular collaborated closely with faculty and design professionals to deliver a building that met stringent soundproofing requirements while still aligning with the architectural style of the existing campus. The temporary modular office includes 62 large windows for ample natural light, custom lab-ready areas, and office space tailored to the college’s academic programs.
This project reflects how higher education institutions like Williams College use temporary modular buildings to solve space needs efficiently, without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
