Classrooms and other facilities are available for lease, purchase or on a lease-to-purchase basis and include options such as a solid warranty program and full service maintenance programs.

In over 30 years of managing projects for educational institutions, Triumph has built multi-unit and single classrooms, science labs, training rooms, conference rooms and administrative offices in both the private and public sector. One recent modular project exceeds 75,000 square feet and houses over 700 people. In addition to flexibility, modular construction solutions save time, hassles and money. Schedules are compressed and disruption is minimized because the building can be shipped directly from the warehouse to the site location while the foundation is poured.

Triumph is proud to be a pioneer in the development of 'green building' solutions for educational facilities. The introduction of Triumph SmartSpace at the Carroll School in Lincoln, MA, in November of 2006 marked the first time a school had installed a LEED-level environmentally-friendly modular building. In addition, Triumph is a member of the groundbreaking Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) program. CHPS sets standards for excellence in design and construction to create environmentally-friendly educational facilities.
