The Silverline Building System Part 4: Rethink Modular

Recently, Triumph produced a video highlighting the features and benefits of our Silverline Modular Building System. While we’ve covered an overview of Silverline with part 1 of our Silverline Series, what does it really mean to rethink modular? 

Unlimited Square Footage

Depending on what you need to do with your space, Silverline can adapt. Starting with one unit, you can purchase or lease as much or as little space as you need, with no real square footage cap. The Silverline modular buildings are predesigned as 12×60 buildings. If you need 7,000 square feet of space, for example, you could purchase or lease 10 units as demonstrated in the video. 

Temporary or Permanent Foundation

Silverline can be set either lightly or permanently to its foundation. With this flexibility, the building can be relocated if necessary. Whether on a school or business campus, the need for different types of space is constantly evolving. The building that was used as a classroom 4 years ago can be moved and repurposed as a cafeteria or a gym.
